You can still apply for a Halifax mortgage and any applications you’ve already started will progress as usual.

We have announced that the Halifax brand will change to Lloyds. As part of this change, the Halifax Intermediaries brand will become Lloyds Intermediaries in 2027. This marks an exciting new chapter, with our commitment to brokers - and the customers you support - remaining as strong as ever.

Halifax Intermediaries has long been recognised as the lender of choice for many, setting the standard for service and reliability. We’re proud of that legacy, and will ensure your experience with us remains the same. What matters most to you will not change.

You will maintain:

  • the same systems, login details, and processes you rely on today
  • support from the same service model, delivered by the people and teams you know and trust
  • the same commitment to service that has shaped our partnership over many years
  • continued access to our trusted policies, streamlined systems, and 5-star service.
