Making business easier
Now that you've registered to place business, our online services offer you a fast and easy way to process your clients mortgage, product transfer and further advance applications.
Once your account has been activated to place mortgage business, simply log in and submit your application on Halifax Intermediaries Online.
Application manager
Select the ‘Track & Manage’ button on the home page tiles for any purchase or remortgage application, to go straight to the application manager. If the button still shows ‘Progress Application’ a full application has not been submitted.
The application manager provides you real time case tracking updates, reducing the need for you to call us for case updates. You’ll receive timely notifications across key milestones, including:
- document request – see which income documents are required and track verification updates
- valuation – get appointment dates, valuation results, and access to reports
- offer – receive confirmation as soon as the offer is issued
- estimated first payment – view an assumed first payment amount to help you respond to customer queries confidently.
Check the application manager, together with any email updates we’ve sent you. If you need to contact us regarding a particular application, you can access webchat by selecting ‘Chat to us’ within the application manager.
From the application manager screen select ‘Edit Application’ to view all other screens and to make any changes to the application.
Further details on ways to contact us about new mortgage applications can be found in that section on the contact us page.
