Supervisor
As a Supervisor you will have the ability to:
- Submit amendments to your own personal details and change your password.
- Search and view users within the company.
- Authorise access for Consultants and Administrators within the company.
- Amend a users access rights.
You will have the responsibility to maintain records on behalf of the company.
Supervisor Consultant
As a Supervisor Consultant you will be able to perform all the actions associated with a Supervisor and also carry out the following:
- Submit mortgage business.
- Track your cases online.
- Appoint Administrators to track cases on your behalf.
Consultant
As a Consultant you will have the ability to:
- Submit amendments to your own personal details and change your password.
- Submit mortgage business.
- Track your cases online.
- Appoint an Administrator to track cases on your behalf.
Administrator
As an Administrator you will have the ability to:
- Submit amendments to your own personal details and change your password.
- Track cases online on behalf of a Consultant, if the appropriate access has been provided.
