  1. To qualify please complete this form in full, providing the mandatory details, names, email address, and contact preferences when submitting your entry.
  2. Applicants must be aged 18 or over.
  3. Only UK residents can apply.
  4. Only one entry per individual.
  5. All entries must be received by 30.11.09
  6. The winner’s name will be drawn at random on 04.12.09 in the presence of an independent adjudicator.
  7. The winner will be notified in writing by 12.12.09
  8. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw.
  9. The prize is non transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
  10. No purchase is necessary.
  11. If any clause is deemed illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable, it shall be severed from the contract and the remaining clauses will remain fully in force.
  12. Those involved in the promotion and execution of the draw, employees of the company, their agents and relatives are not eligible to enter.
  13. The name of the winner can be obtained by sending a self addressed envelope to Halifax Intermediaries Marketing, First Floor Collinsons Building, Trinity Road, Halifax, West Yorkshire, HX1 2RG. Your entry implies your acceptance of the rules as being final and legally binding.
