Buildings cover summary

  • £800,000 buildings cover as standard
  • Trace and access - the cost of tracing water or oil leaks inside the home, including damage caused whilst finding the leak, up to £5000
  • Home emergency cover included, no excess payable and no limit on number of claims.
  • Accidental damage included as standard.

Commitments

Choice of excess amounts - £100 - £350 excess option available. (Please note - a £250 standard excess applies to all escape of water claims and a £1000 excess applies to all subsidence claims.)


Risks

If premiums are not paid on the due date, your clients will not be covered for any event happening between that date and the date premiums are brought up to date unless Legal & General Insurance agree otherwise.
