Step 2

Enter the details. A list of accurate competitive illustrations, including the exact cost of local searches, will be produced.


Step 3

You'll then see a quote summary page listing all the solicitors on the panel with their exact costs and disbursements. You can sort according to price, location or rating (provided by clients and introducers). You can print this page for your records. This demonstrates that you've done your research, found the most suitable firm for your client and have 'Treated Customers Fairly'.


Step 4

By clicking on a solicitor firm, a comprehensive, itemised illustration is provided. There are no hidden fees.


Step 5

You can instruct at the click of a button and immediately send the case to the solicitor.


Step 6

You can track case progress online. You'll also receive an automatic email when each key stage of the transaction proceeds. This ensures you are notified in advance of exchange as a helpful reminder to put associated buildings and contents, and life insurance policies on risk.
