For further advances and product transfers

These are the codes applied when a further advance or product transfer application has been blocked. You should be aware that an application can be blocked for more than one reason, but only one exclusion code will be shown.

Contact your local processing centre. Providing it is no longer consent to lease or the applicant is employed by the armed forces, an online application can be submitted, following the call.

Retirement home plan

Contact your local processing centre. Following the call, a paper application should be faxed to your local processing centre if agreed.

Contact your local processing centre. Following the call, a paper application should be faxed to your local processing centre. A signature from the guarantor will be required to support the application.

Contact your local processing centre. Following the call, an online application can be submitted providing your client no longer requires the retention and it is to be removed; or if it is to be released.
