Product transfer and further advance changes

  • New 3 & 5 year fixed rates introduced for further advances.
  • New 2 year fixed further advance product introduced with £0 fee.
  • New 2 year fixed further advance product with £799 fee for customers looking to borrow an additional £50k+.
  • New 2 & 3 year fixed rates introduced for retirement home plan further advances.
  • Rate changes to selected tracker products across the product transfer range.
  • End dates extended to the 31st March of relevant year, complete by dates extended to the 30th June 2010.

"Customers with smaller loans will typically pay less over the product life if they select products with smaller fees, despite the higher interest rates payable."
