On 10th July 2010 Halifax Intermediaries is making the following changes:

Extended end dates

  • End dates across all products extended to 30 September of the relevant year and complete by dates to 31 December 2010
  • New build and selected affordable housing complete by dates now 28 February 2011
  • No changes to rates

Product transfer & further advances

  • 5 year fixed further advance products reduced by 0.70% on 0-75% and 75-80% LTV
  • New 3 year tracker rate introduced for product transfer 0-75% LTV
  • Withdrawn 2 and 3 year fixed, 2 year tracker and term tracker retirement home plan products

Following the introduction of substitute products for Bank of Scotland clients switching to Halifax Intermediaries, we are pleased to announce a range of substitute products have been developed to support TMB clients who wish to apply to borrow more money, to change product or to move home whilst within an ERC period. Products are now available through BM for BTL clients and Halifax Intermediaries for residential clients. Please note your clients must meet the lending and underwriting criteria of the new provider at the time of application.
