Now you can do Home Insurance and ASU at the same time as your mortgage application. Our new, improved application system saves you time by letting you do all three applications in one go.
Single sign on – simply sign on to Mortgage Intermediaries Online and General Insurance Intermediaries Online will launch automatically saving you considerable time.
Pre-population – the system will automatically pre-populate General Insurance Intermediaries Online with customer details from the mortgage application so you don’t need to fill in the same details twice.
Automatically placed on risk – both Home and MRC policies will automatically be placed on risk when a Halifax or BoS mortgage completes, meaning you don’t have to do anything after making the sale. Making it quicker and easier to manage.
Free Buildings cover will be available for your customer from exchange of contracts through to completion when Auto on risk is selected.
