For general guidance on the product transfer process, please speak to your Business Development Manager.

Alternatively, if you require assistance when keying a product transfer online please contact the Intermediary Service Support Desk, available Mon - Fri 9am till 5pm (Wed 9.30am - 5pm) on 0345 608 0038, followed by option 5.

Following the completion of a product transfer, your client has a 28 day cancellation period, should they wish to reconsider. To cancel the application the client can do this by calling Halifax directly on 0345 727 3747.

  • Option 2 – If you are experiencing technical problems or require support in keying a new mortgage application
  • Option 3 – If your business details have changed, you require support in registering with us or wish to discuss our privacy notice
  • Option 4 – If you have a query regarding procuration fees
  • Option 5 – If you are experiencing technical problems or require support in keying a Product Transfer.
